The Instagram is basically a photo and video-sharing social networking service that has been owned by Facebook, Inc. It has been created by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, and launched in October 2010 exclusively on iOS. In the Instagram app, you can upload the upload photos and videos to the service that has been edited with various filters, and can be organized with tags and location information. In addition to that the account’s posts can also be shared publicly or with approved followers. In that, the users can browse the other users’ content by using tags and locations, and view the trending contents. In the Instagram app, the users can also “like” photos, and follow some other users to add their content to a feed. Users can set their account as “private”, thereby requiring that they approve any new follower requests. In addition, the users can also connect their Instagram account to the other social networking sites like facebook, twitter etc. and adding them to share the uploaded photos to those sites.
